Privacy Policy

This notice describes how personal data is processed for users who browse the website www.falconierevicalvi.it ("the Site"), pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (Privacy Code).

Data processed and purposes

The Site does not require registration and does not automatically collect personal data beyond the minimal technical data necessary for its operation (see Cookie Policy). Personal data is processed only when voluntarily provided by the user, for example:

• when contacting the property by phone, WhatsApp or email to request information or check room availability;
• when booking through an external booking platform (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com), whose data processing is governed by their respective privacy policies.

The data (name, phone number, email address, content of the request) is used exclusively to respond to the request and, in the event of a booking, to manage the stay and fulfil related legal obligations (e.g. communications to local public security authorities/guest registry).

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, on compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Methods and retention

Data is processed using manual and IT tools, with security measures adequate to prevent loss, unlawful use or unauthorised access. It is retained for the time necessary to manage the request or stay, and for the period required by the legal obligations applicable to accommodation businesses.

Disclosure to third parties

Data is not disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to third parties only to comply with legal obligations (e.g. public security authorities) or to provide the requested service (e.g. the WhatsApp messaging platform, operated by Meta, for requests sent through that channel — see WhatsApp's privacy policy).

Rights of the data subject

As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to falconierevicalvi@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
